GO!Xtras are SIP Trunking service options available with GO!Local, GO!Anywhere and GO!Domestic. With GO!Xtras customers can purchase additional toll-free numbers, enhanced or plain DIDs, and port their existing telephone numbers to Broadvox. Calling name and telephone number information can be enabled for either DIDs or toll-free numbers. GO!Xtras allows a SMB or an enterprise customer to customize their SIP Trunk service either at time of purchase or desired options can be added at a later. GO!Xtras products, options and pricing is detailed below.

GO!Xtras Options

Automatic-FailoverAutomatic-Failover (AFO) is available to protect against total loss of communications during the loss of broadband connectivity, power outage, PBX failure or other site issues. Automatic call forwarding can be made to any PSTN or mobile number including internationally.

Calling NameCalling Name (CNAM) is similar to caller ID except that in addition to the calling telephone number, the calling name is also displayed. CNAM is offered for both publishing and accurate delivery of the caller’s information. CNAM is available as both an outbound and inbound service.

International Toll-Free numbersInternational Toll-Free numbers for direct toll-free calling back into the United States from over 90 countries around the world.

Virtual DIDVirtual DID (VDID) is a DID without additional options.

Local Number PortabilityLocal Number Portability (LNP) is available to prevent interruption of calls to your business and to eliminate changes to marketing collateral by managing the porting of your existing number(s) from your current carrier to your GO! SIP Trunking service.

Enhanced DIDEnhanced DID (EDID) is a DID with E911 service that automatically associates a physical address with the customer’s telephone number, and routes the call to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for that address.

Directory ListingDirectory Listing (DL) is available as an option with an EDID. DL is a nationwide service that is provided for telephone numbers that have geographical relevance.

Business ContinuityBusiness Continuity offers the customer the ability to have calls automatically forwarded to a backup SIP Trunk site. It is available for multi-location or IP PBXs environments only.

Extra Toll-Free numbersExtra Toll-Free numbers (XTF) can be purchased in any quantity for any of the GO! SIP Trunking products.
