Bruce A. Chatterley

President and Chief Executive Officer

Bruce A. ChatterleyBruce Chatterley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadvox and is responsible for setting the overall vision and growth plan for the business.  Prior to joining Broadvox, Chatterley was President of Business Markets at MegaPath Inc., a national CLEC. Chatterley helped create MegaPath by co-leading the three-way merger and integration of Covad, Speakeasy and MegaPath. Prior to MegaPath, Chatterley was President and CEO of Speakeasy, a division of Best Buy Inc.  While at Speakeasy, he generated significant growth and led a major shift in business strategy, including the company's ultimate sale to Best Buy Inc. in 2007.

Chatterley has more than 25 years of domestic and international high-tech and telecommunications experience. As CEO for ViAir, a Seattle developer of carrier-based mobile messaging software, he led the company through its ultimate sale in 2003. Prior to that, he was President of eServices and Small/Middle Markets for Concur Technologies. At Ameritech Corporation (now AT&T), Chatterley held several executive positions including Chief Consumer Marketing Officer and Vice President of Corporate Product Management. Chatterley held sales, marketing and business development leadership positions with U.S. West, General Electric and IBM. He has been named as either inventor or co-inventor on 9 U.S. Patents. 

In 2011, Chatterley was appointed to the Board of Directors for Clearwire Corporation, a national operator of 4G wireless data networks. Chatterley earned a BSBA from Central Michigan University and an MBA from the Kogod College of Business Administration at American University.

Andre Temnorod

Chairman and Chief Technology Officer

Andre TemnorodAndre Temnorod is Chairman of the Board and CTO at Broadvox. Mr Temnorod focuses on the company’s technology platform strategy and the growth of Broadvox’s national private network. In this role, Mr. Temnorod will determine the hosted services platforms, applications and supported end-points to execute the company vision and strategy.

Prior to founding Broadvox, Mr. Temnorod served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nexbell Communications, a leader in VoIP (purchased by COUNSEL Communications in 2001). Prior to that, Mr. Temnorod served as Chief Technology Officer at Unicent Technologies, where he spearheaded the research and deployment testing of early VoIP initiatives.

Building on over 13 years of executive management experience, Mr. Temnorod continues to excel at business operations in the high tech industry. Mr. Temnorod is among the most respected VoIP technology leaders in the market today. He has been featured in numerous professional forums in print, video and as a guest speaker on a variety of panels.

Eugene Blumin

Chief Operating Officer

Eugene BluminEugene Blumin has more than 20 years of experience in the technology field and has held a range of senior management, operations and finance-related executive positions. Mr. Blumin is Broadvox's co-founder and Chief Operating Officer. Utilizing his vast experience in operations and finance, Mr. Blumin drives the company's vision and day-to-day operations, with significant involvement in developing and evolving its customer and vendor relationships.

Prior to founding Broadvox, Mr. Blumin co-founded Nexbell Communications, where he served in various executive positions. Nexbell Communications was then sold to COUNSEL Communications in 2001. Prior to Nexbell, Mr. Blumin co-founded and served as President and COO of Unicent Technologies, a $100 million privately-held PC and communications company.

Pete Sandrev

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Pete SandrevWith over 20 years of working with customers, vendors and partners in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Sandrev is uniquely qualified to identify and foster strategic business relationships.

Mr. Sandrev has held several senior leadership roles in general management, operations, customer service and strategy. Prior to joining Broadvox, Mr. Sandrev served in senior management roles that included President of InfoTelis, delivering Hosted IP telephony solutions and in an executive capacity in network deployment, contract negotiations and customer care at Nexbell Communications. Additionally Mr. Sandrev co-founded and served as VP of Operations at Communication Solutions, Inc., a midwest regional CPE service provider (Interconnect) of voice and data services.

Mr. Sandrev holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix with a Minor in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Electronic Technology Institute of Cleveland.

Sergey Galchenko

Executive Vice President of Engineering

Sergey GalchenkoSergey Galchenko is Executive Vice President of Engineering at Broadvox, responsible for managing the organization's network infrastructure. Mr. Galchenko is actively involved in all aspects of the infrastructure, from planning and implementation to the ongoing health of the service platforms and IP network. Mr.Galchenko keeps the Broadvox network and services operating at optimum performance.

Prior to joining Broadvox, Mr. Galchenko was the chief engineer in Nexbell's network deployment, overseeing all aspects of the network design, implementation and network health, making Mr. Galchenko a true veteran of VoIP design, engineering and deployment. Prior to joining Nexbell Mr. Galchenko served as a group leader on the application support team for AT&T's TCAP database. In this role Mr. Galchenko was responsible for systems administration, application support, monitoring and troubleshooting and script programming.

Mr. Galchenko holds a Master's degree in computer science with a major in software development from Don State Technical University, Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation and MBA from Chancellor University.

Gary Tabachnik

Vice President, Carrier Sales

Gary TabachnikMr. Tabachnik leads the Broadvox sales and business development teams and is responsible for growing the Broadvox wholesale voice packet product segment. In his position at Broadvox, Gary is also responsible for leading partnerships for strategic revenue and growth. Additionally, he is responsible for setting and achieving revenue goals and identifying new markets to penetrate while ensuring 100% overall customer satisfaction. Gary's proven track record, strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial drive along with his ability to build and motivate successful teams are critical components which will fuel the success of Broadvox.

Mr. Tabachnik brings over 17 years of extensive experience in sales, business development and executive management to Broadvox. From 1990 to 1996, Gary was Director of Operational Systems with Penske Logistics. Gary continued to hold a key leadership role with AMPTech, a PC server manufacturer from 1996 to 1999. Gary joined Nexbell Communications in 1999 as a Director of Sales. While at Nexbell, Gary was instrumental in fueling the company's sales growth and upheld Nexbell's leading position in the booming VoIP market.

Mr. Tabachnik holds a Master's degree in Logistics Management from Moscow State University, Moscow, Russian Federation.

David Byrd

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

David ByrdDavid Byrd is responsible for the Broadvox and Cypress Communications corporate marketing, commercial sales and channel sales programs for SMBs, Enterprises and carriers.

Prior to joining Broadvox, Mr. Byrd was the Vice President of Channels and Alliances for Telcordia. As Director of eBusiness Development with i2 Technologies, David developed major partnerships with many of the leaders in Internet eCommerce and supply chain management. As CEO of Planet Hollywood Online, he was a pioneer in using early internet technologies to build a branded entertainment and eCommerce website company partnered with Planet Hollywood. In his thirty years of telecommunications experience, David Byrd has held executive positions with Hewlett-Packard, Sprint and Ericsson.

Mr. Byrd is an engaging subject matter expert, who has spoken around the world on the topic of IP communications services, applications and industry trends. David also educates, involves and entertains readers of his blog, SIP and Serve by a Foodie, by imparting sales and marketing expertise, providing timely industry news commentary and sharing his passion for cooking.

Mr. Byrd holds a Bachelor of Music degree with a Mathematics Cognate from Michigan State University

Alex Gertsburg

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Alex GertsburgMr. Gertsburg handles and supervises all of the company's legal work. Prior to joining Broadvox, Mr. Gertsburg's primary legal focus was business litigation with the law firms of Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in Cleveland, and Roetzel & Andress LPA in Akron. In both firms, he worked with closely-held, publicly-traded and foreign clients in developing strategies to resolve complex and diverse legal disputes, both inside and outside the courtroom. He also dedicated a significant amount of his practice to First Amendment, antitrust, real estate and commercial disputes.

In 2003, Mr. Gertsburg was deployed with his Army Reserve unit to Iraq, where he served as a platoon leader and convoy commander during the first year of the war. By the time he was demobilized at the end of that year, he had served with the Army Reserve for ten years.

Mr. Gertsburg graduated magna cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and was honored with membership in the Order of the Barristers as a result of his successful tenure in the law school's moot court program. In law school, he also served as an extern for the late Hon. John Manos of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He received his B.A. from Miami University in 1997, where he studied political science and sociology.

Mr. Gertsburg currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Transitional Housing, Inc., a non-profit organization providing homeless women with a safe environment, programs and services that promote self-sufficiency and independence.

Allison Hannan

Vice President, Human Resources

Allison HannanAs VP of Human Resources, Allison Hannan oversees all employee relations including compensation, payroll operations, recruitment, policies and procedures, benefits administration and safety management.

Prior to joining Broadvox in February 2006, she was a manager of human resources within the healthcare industry, where she led all human resources functions including employment relations, payroll, risk management, safety programs, benefits and compensation.

Ms. Hannan has more than 20 years of human resources and business management experience with both profit and non-profit organizations. In addition, she has experience in union and non-union environments.

Ms. Hannan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Human Resources from Lake Erie College.

Scott Drake

Chief Financial Officer

Scott DrakeMr. Drake brings to Broadvox more than 20 years of telecommunications experience in both private and public companies, including CFO roles at six private telecom ventures over the last 15 years, and most recently as executive VP and CFO at Cypress Communications.

In addition, Mr. Drake has held executive positions at WorldCom and The Breckenridge Group. He also spent five years honing his financial skills in the banking and auditing industry. Mr. Drake holds a BA in Accounting from The University of West Florida.
