Broadvox launched in 2001 with a wholesale carrier service over a domestic US VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) network. The company has continued to expand and grow, always on the leading edge of the VoIP revolution. In 2007, Broadvox added retail SIP Trunking for businesses to its product offering and now has two office locations to serve its growing business needs and care for its expanding customer base.
In Cleveland, Ohio, Broadvox offices are conveniently located on Euclid Avenue near the Theatre District in the historic downtown area. As part of the Broadvox nationwide network, these offices are also one of the Broadvox PoPs. The offices in Cleveland house the Broadvox NOC (Network Operations Center) as well as Customer Service, the Provisioning, Engineering, Accounting and Billing Departments.
Dallas, Texas is the home of Broadvox Corporate Headquarters. Located in the unique InfoMart building near downtown, the office suite contains one of the company’s super PoPs. Broadvox Marketing, Inside Channel Sales, the Contact Center and Regional Channel Sales Directors are based in this location.
